Senior Performance Manager Social.Lab

The Basics:

As Senior Performance Manager, you will be working in-house at one of the biggest brands from the Netherlands. In this new challenge, you take an expert role in all aspects of digital ad campaigns for 30+ countries — both towards internal and external stakeholders. You’ll work closely with a team of strategists & content creators and will support in coaching the team of 10+ campaign managers.

You define the drivers of campaign performance on digital platforms to deliver and optimize campaigns that drive brand awareness, enhance consideration and brand preference, and ultimately drive sales for high-visibility product launches. 

The main responsibilities are: 

  • Guarantee the quality of digital campaigns
  • Have overview of actions taken and next steps at all times
  • Feed back actionable insights from tests to strategists, content creators and other stakeholders
  • Identifying longer term trends and connect learnings over time
  • Campaign management quality checks
  • Coach the team of Campaign Managers to drive them to the next level of performance
