Junior Content & Project Manager Social.Lab

As a leading social media agency, Social.Lab is now active across 3 continents and 7 markets with 160 employees.  Social.Lab services IBM, Chanel, American Express Global, Nespresso Global, Nespresso UK, Philips Global, L’Oréal, Ferrero, BMW, Unilever Global, Coca Cola and many other local clients in each of its offices. 

The Basics:

This person will be responsible for facilitating the creation of great content.  The person will be a part of a team that spans across the whole social media ecosystem; working with content strategists, creatives, paid media specialists and more. They will be the glue between the disciplines pulling together the right resources with the focus on great delivery. To do this, they should have great skills in effective project set-up, resource control, and project managing.

Stakeholder management is a plus, and they will be assisting the Account Team to drive the success of the campaign with both internal and external decision makers.  This includes the teams within  Philips and the agencies both in Amsterdam and abroad.  

Having an understanding and a genuine interest of how Social Paid Media works across platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) is a plus!   

The main responsibilities are:

  • Drive the projects and content creation from an operational level.
  • Connect content with different parties – internal social creative team, external production companies and clients effectively and efficiently.
  • Management of multiple projects at the same time – assuring time plans, delivery, partner oversight, resourcing
  • Manage feedback from stakeholders and approvals for content
  • Work closely with all stakeholders to ensure you are both aligned on status and direction & creative resource for your projects.
  • Coordinate localization of assets and ensure optimal quality
  • Responsible for stakeholder management with clients and markets who implement these ideas

Experience/Skills  

The ideal candidate for Content & Project Management is fluent in English and would have the following background:  

  • Up to 2 years of experience in coordinating the creation of content in various social formats or managing projects from briefing to live date
  • Proven experience in driving projects and connecting key stakeholders
  •  Track record of effectively  managing timings
  • Able to understand client’s needs and drive satisfaction
  • Proven ability to independently manage multiple priorities in a fast paced and deadline driven environment
