HR Manager (Dutch speaking)

You will be working in close cooperation with the COO, L&D Director and Finance Manager.

In the role of an HR Manager you will develop a broad knowledge of human resources functions: from recruitment to on boarding, from employee compensation to evaluation and to leave. If you have a passion for HR and people, wants to operate in the heart of a fast developing discipline, become familiar with labor law, this is the place to be. 

The Basics:

Your role as an HR Manager will be far from one-dimensional. You’ll undertake a wide range of HR tasks, from recruitment, negotiating and administration, offering on boarding, crafting the employee journey, administering leaves, applying HR policies etc. You will secure that all employee records are up-to-date and confidential. You build relationships with the Chief Operating Officer, Finance Manager and employees in order to gain their credibility. You’ll also act as the main point of contact for employees’ queries on HR-related topics. Next to that you will be part of the EMEA HR-Community and stay in tune with their initiatives etc.

The goal is to ensure the HR department’s operations will be running smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the organization as a whole and to their individuals.


  • Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
  • Set up and maintaining recruitment tool iCIMS
  • Be the SPOC in the pre-employment phase
  • Conduct employee on boarding and help organize development initiatives during the employee journey
  • Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
  • Undertake tasks around performance management
  • Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities
  • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Assist in numerous other topics ao reintegration processes, standardizing procedures and contracts
  • Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
  • Ensure compliance with labor- and GDPR regulations

The Essentials:

  • Seasoned in HR management(6+ years)
  • Have a good sense (eye/ear) for what is going on
  • Being service minded
  • Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
  • Good knowledge of employment/labor laws/social security
  • Intermediate between conflicting interests of employee/employer
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office and Excel
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Attitude in problem-solving
  • Desire to work as a team with a result driven approach
  • BSc/BA in HR
